Openigloo for ChatGPT: privacy notice

Last updated September 30, 2026. This notice supplements Openigloo’s privacy policy for this integration.

You can search public NYC apartment listings without signing in. If you connect an account, we verify your existing Openigloo login and ask permission to identify your account, read and change your saved apartments, and start a tour conversation after you confirm. We return a stable account identifier and available name and email for connected account display. We do not give ChatGPT your Openigloo password, Firebase login token or website session cookie.

Saving an apartment updates your existing favorites. Confirming a tour request creates or resumes your renter chat. It does not book a time, submit an application, collect payment or sign an agreement. Qualification, scheduling, applications and lease signing continue through Openigloo’s existing services and terms.

We record account, apartment and conversation identifiers, action and timestamp for referrals from this integration, to help connect discovery to applications, signed leases and actual lease revenue. Links carry campaign tags. Referral records expire after 90 days in the integration’s storage; Openigloo’s business records follow its main privacy policy. Renter support remains free.

Connection grants expire after 30 days and access tokens after 10 minutes. Disconnecting in ChatGPT revokes access when ChatGPT calls our revocation endpoint. Existing saved apartments and chats remain on Openigloo. Contact us to revoke connections or request deletion of integration referral records. Browser connection transactions and tour confirmation drafts expire after 10 minutes. OAuth client registration metadata is retained for up to one year.

The integration runs on AWS and uses Firebase to verify Openigloo identities. Its operational logs contain tool name, outcome and duration; the connector does not log conversation prompts or credentials. Information shared with ChatGPT is subject to OpenAI’s policies and your account settings.
